Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Can you use SN with a failing gallbladder?

My gallbladder is failing and hypothetically speaking, would SN still work if it's malfunctioning? I still have it in me at the moment, but since it's involved in the storage/release of bile wouldn't it inhibit/slow down the process or make it more excruciating?
I don't know a lot about the effects of SN on the gut but I would suspect that it would still work. It may cause you to have a gallbladder flare up. It just depends on what your gallbladder decides to hate on that day.

Anyone have any other insights? This is just worrying me. I managed to drink the near equivalent of table salt dissolved in water and didn't have a reaction, so I'm guessing that means it won't trigger anything?
