How do I find their profiles?
Have you read up anything on brain damage with argon? I just read something about how a guy was paralyzed from nitrogen. Also thank you!
I have not read anything regarding brain damage with argon, but anything that occurs with nitrogen would apply to argon and helium as they all use the same method to induce death. They do not poison you like carbon monoxide. They function by displacing the breathable oxygen and the exhaled CO2 leaving only the inert gas for breathing. It is the lack of oxygen that causes one to pass out and die not the gas itself. The displacement of the CO2 prevents the hypercapnic reaction that causes one to freak out when the body detects a buildup of CO2 like putting an airtight bag over your head.
Then that guy with Nitrogen did something wrong---Either the PSI was too low, or his Exit Bag was badly made(That's why I got the EEBD hood instead), or his nitrogen regulator was cheap(MaxDog out of Australia just repurposed O2 regulators(and they stopped selling them anyway), or the tank wasn't big enough---Nitrogen is lethal with just a 400 liter tank, mine is 3000 liters
Make sure you get a flow meter and not a pressure regulator.
