Be wary of people trying to scam you, greed doesn't care about how you feel. I'd get to know the contacts in the area. Go to a bar or club downtown, don't get wasted, but hang around the party crowd. Or you can try asking around the homeless community, or ask the people around a needle exchange. Don't dress in nice clothes, you'll probably have to offer them some money/ a cut of the product, and don't be surprised if they walk off with your money. You can also find suppliers on the deep web, but be cautious.

You're probably going to look and sound like a cop, so expect to have a hard time.

Yes im from the US. took about 6 days to get from the time the shipped, went through customs, then made it way across the country to me

I also got it from s.d. Did you test it to see if it is good? I hope it is. I am thinking on whether to test with some blood but I would have to open it.

Opening it is fine. If the bag itself is not resealable, put it in a ziplock bag and squeeze out all of the air.
