Can I take solace in the fact that I would have died anyways?

I have horrible regrets over bad decision and missed opportunities (mostly with girls) in my life.
My life could have been much better.
But I tell myself that even if my life was good I would have died in the end anyways and it would have been deleted.
It's the only thought that gives me a little comfort.

Yes, death makes all life meaningless. Death solves all of our problems. We will all be forgotten someday. Existing really is pointless when you think about it.

feel this way too. that even if i got the opportunities i wanted or whatever i probably wouldve wanted to die anyways or never have anything be enough.

You kind of answered your own question! 100 billion have died in the last 200,000 years, mostly as children, millions day every year, 100s of thousands day every day - you are a drop in the ocean! You were dead for the first 14 billion years of the universe, and you'll be dead again soon, whether you CTB or wait for whatever God had planned for you, it's still 'soon' relatively.
