Benzodiazapines and sn method

Hoping to do sn method by the end of the year. I have cognitive issues due to meds...i can write, but it's hard for me to follow things, so apologies if these questions have already been asked. Are benzodiazapines just to calm you down before you drink the sn? Also while we're at it, what is the ibuprofen for and the bennies or equivalent?

Did you guys just ask the doctor for benzodiazapines or a drug dealer? I think doctors are rather reticent to give out benzodiazapines these days but I do need something to calm me down.

No need to apologize.
How do benzos, such as Diazepam work ? : calm you down, reduce anxiety, you experience less unpleasant side effects.

But I also see a problem. If you fall asleep faster because of the benzos, but you have to vomit, you might not be able to drink a second glass of SN. The result could be that you are not metabolizing enough SN and wake up hours later. Ibuprofen reduces the headaches that may occur.

I can not recommend looking for benzos on the darkweb. Someone in this forum just lost a lot of money.

One option would be to tell your doctor that you suffer from anxiety and that you can't sleep well because of anxiety. Even a dentist can prescribe benzos.

You can also use Kava Kava root (tablets or capsules with 100% pulverized root) or valerian tincture to calm you down.

Are kava kava and valerian as effective?

Not as effective as Diazepam, but still very effective. Kava kava is stronger than valerian. Usually you take half a teaspoon of valerian 3x daily and one teaspoon before bedtime. I would probably take 50 ml 30-60 minutes before CTB.
