• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I've seen it's not recommended anymore. Are you still going to take it? And if so, how much are you going to take? I really don't want the fast heartbeat.

I suspect using the benzos now suggested has informed the removal of propranolol. Afterall I assume the benzos are intended to knock you out before experiencing any discomfort and therefore having a more peaceful experience overall. I think drawing the necessary attention to timing is probably neglected though. The time you take everyrhing needs to be spot on to work optimally in my opinion. When using benzos and SN, I mean.

what makes you think heart rate will still be high with propranolol? not arguing, just wondering, has there been such a case?
Idk. It's odd to me being that propranolol isn't even recommended anymore by the person who recommended it to begin with who is saying that it isn't recommended now.
