I just feel awful
I like to think of it as the journey ahead - especially with discovering who you are - can feel way too big to handle sometimes! Especially if you view it and try to handle it in one go. However, if you can take it one step - one minute, one hour, one day in the right direction you'll get there. It's a bit like climbing stairs, you can't climb the whole staircase but you can take 1 more step and eventually, you get to the top of the staircase. We have faith in you that you'll get there but your feelings are valid along this difficult journey. Keep taking care of yourself and being who you are and want to be
