today i fought with mom as Always but when she tried to hit me i picked a knife and i gave her a cut in the shoulders for defense and now she's really calm about it what do i do ??

If what you are saying is true, then you acted in self defense
you should talk to her calmly, do not raise your voice / dont talk back that does not help
