Migraines is probably the best and most believable. Or travel sickness but then they'd probably recommend over the counter stuff.

Look up the typical symptoms it's prescribed for (I think it's nausea and migraines) and then tell him you've taken it before (look up how it's taken and have that information ready, since he will ask you how much you took and how often)
