Advanced decision/living will

Im just wondering if any one else has one off these in place..
I have mine all done and signed and in my files..the point of thia paperwork is to inform doctors etc.. of my choices incase of incident mainly due to my health it covers my wishes if anythi g was tto happen were upon i cant make those choices due to being without capacity to do so or im innured by accident or other means and i end up in a coma or PVS or something else.. its states what treament i want and how its to be deliverd .. i dont want to be kept alive for the pleasure of others so they feel better or there is a difference in opinion on wether the the plug should be pulled ...and yes plug that plug ASAP..
If i failed in an attempt and made things qorse intrusction to end my life are in official paperwork not in those word but ..this ensures that no matter what.. i go from my health or otherwise..

A living will is a good decision. It (hopefully) will prevent us from being kept alive against our will.

I Think it should be something more people do, be it for whatever reason but i dont like the idea of being kept on life support just so people dont feel guilt and can bring my pissin flowers and teddy bears and ballons .. or think im gonna magically wake up after 5 years
