A Question In Regards To Sodium Nitrate

I know this may sound dumb, but how do you consume the sodium nitrate to kill yourself. I intend on buying it , but just not sure how to ingest it ? Do you inhale , do you mix it with water, do you eat it straight from the packet .

There are some alternative ways, although not sure if they can be considered as reliabe as ingesting SN with water:
