I can't take it anymore. The longer I use the site the more I see it. How evil it is to lock people up against their will for attempting to end their OWN lives of their own free will. Even just making it known that you're in despair enough to have suicidal thoughts can be enough for this authoritarian state to exert its power over you. For some reason this never clicked. The government shouldn't have that power. The constant surveillance, the fact that less painful ways to reliably die are illegal or are always being made illegal. This is supposed to be the land of the free? What a fucking joke. It shouldn't be any business of the government whether I intend to kill myself tomorrow or if I decide to live for the next 105 years.

I think living in a society that has operated under the logic of surveillance, with a neurotic, surveillance minded family has done something really terrible to my brain. When I'm not feeling anhedonic, I feel paranoid, anxious, always on edge. Always thinking "oh no, did I do something wrong? Did I do something wrong? Did I mess up? Is everyone going to find out this time? Did I displease someone? Am I going to be punished?" I'm a grown ass 25 year old man. Why do I have to live like this? You can't even decide enough is enough and that you'd prefer to leave either, otherwise they'll lock you up and torture you into compliance until you can pretend that you're happy enough to go back to wageslavery as a productive and ethical agent of capitalism- making or selling or transporting useless plastic bullshit for bored housewives to buy, or disgusting unhealthy food for the obese walmart scooter masses to consume. Not acting irrationally or impractically. Making the healthy choices. Enjoying but in moderation. Yet hardly ever doing anything of value, with no prospects of love or a future or a house or actual friendship to motivate you. Why the fuck should I do anything when this awful place is so empty and meaningless? They punish people for displaying symptoms of the issues they created.

I think what I can't wait for most of all when I die is that feeling of relief. No one can watch you or have power over you once you stop existing. Good luck getting me to stock shelves or flip burgers when im dead.

Extreme Pain is much worse than people know

it's no one's business if i want to kill myself especially not the government creeps

all this suicide prohibition is for more control of us the slaves

if I say i want to commit suicide they will lock me up in a mental hospital

they went out of their way to write laws to stop people from escaping extreme suffering and extreme torture

they made Nenbutal, Sarco suicide pod and assisting in suicide crimes

let's say i am in extreme torture the worst agony every second or soon will be and I know it. I manage to fall into a noose to hang myself. if they find me stiil alive hanging they will cut me down revive me with more brain damage and keep me alive for decades in the worst pain worst agony every second

and imo with increasing camera, ai , and other kinds of surveillance in the near future they will stop suicide and any action, post or thought they don't approve of

for example ai can read 80,000 words per minute and ai can read minds

even today especially android/ Google phones and Google ai can see everything u do on ur phone hear everything u say , every call every text

to me all this is more reasons for me to escape this hell asap

also with the increasing surveillance it will be a million times more difficult for me to commit suicide

even the ever deeper honesty book says the only Reason to bring more life into this world is to use it and enslave and abuse it.

free to download:

I think it goes much worse than the book says and what I hinted here .

im just a bag of monstrous cells and brain cells that can form a pattern of a me suffering unending continuous constant unbearable pain .

I suspect they also have the backing of the majority of the population too. Would parents and family members prefer to see their child in a psyche ward- even if it isn't helping them or- dead? I imagine most would want their offspring to be alive- even if that means they are suffering.

What would happen if the government stopped trying to prevent suicides? If they allowed (relatively) peaceful methods to be freely available? There are even cases where adults in their 40's and 50's have qualified for assisted suicide in a clinic and their families are outraged.

I'm not saying it's right that governments trap us here. Just suggesting the probable reality that they aren't the only ones. I imagine it's by popular demand.

When people do support assisted suicide, it tends to be for people who are obviously suffering. The terminally ill, the incapacitated. I think so many people have internalised the stipulation that they must live and contribute. No matter how difficult it is or, how much they don't want to- unfortunately. Like you say- we really aren't living in 'the land of the free'. We were born into the land of compliance.

While their goals may align, their motivations are different. The state is a cold and unfeeling entity that needs to compel your cooperation in order for it to function. The corporations need workers to make the billionaires more money.

Of course a family wouldn't want you to kill yourself, or at least that's how it should be, because they love you. If it were my sister telling me she's going to kill herself there's no way I would just accept it. That doesn't mean I think the government needs to or should be able to lock people away for trying. Or for having these feelings and speaking them out loud.

If the government stopped preventing suicides then we'd see more people committing suicide as a means of escape until they change things. It would be an honest expression of our collective despair. The state is not my family and shouldnt act like it. It only knows how to serveil and control and not how to love.

There's something of a moral attachment to the idea that living alone is somehow a virtue. Most people want to live, it's biological programming or something. So conversely, everyone who has suicidal thoughts must be wrong to go against their programming. And if politicians legislate around that they can ignore systemic issues while also reaping the rewards of a lower class who can be exploited for cheap and dangerous labour.
