Help 5 Drug Mix Method

Is the 5 Drug Mix Method from PPH a reliable method? Has anyone survived survived it? I can source the drugs but whats happens if any drug is not pure or fake? The drugs don't seem that hard to get.

Thats my plan B and im very curious to know any successful or unsessfull cases.
So far i inderstand that the big issue is related to huge amount of digosin needed (800 tablets!).
