Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

While I do believe diet and fitness have an overall impact on mental health, I don't believe doing the liver king diet and drinking raw milk and water only is going to fix everything. It might help, but it won't fix. I pride myself on consuming healthy meals and I never gorge myself, sure I'm not as bad off as some others but I'm nowhere near your everyday guy.

Mental problems can be caused by all sorts of things and isn't as simple as a diet change. Me feeling miserable was definitely caused by life events as they worsen ver time from those events and not just generally living so it ain't my diet. Plenty of people have changed their diets to try better their mental health but still suffering greatly cus it only helps so much.

Also when you mean organs do you mean humans' or other animals'?

Don't think our ancestors or even our grandparents or in some case our parents know what the "right thing" to eat really was. So can't really blame them.

Most of my problems are directly due to having been a morbidly obese child, thanks mom and dad, very cool. Loosing the weight didnt really do shit to help.

This comment seems dismissive, possibly sarcastic or even intended to provoke, rather than offer real support or understanding.

Biological existence is inherently vile to the core.
I hate society BECAUSE of biology existence.
They coexist together and I'm sorry but eating a pigs stomach will not change that good sir.

"It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society."
― J. Krishnamurti

Mental illness never exists in a vacuum, nor is it ever one-dimensional. Psychiatric pathologies are multifactorial, biopsychosocial illnesses. Diet is just one of those variables.

Reductivism and minimalism are the erosive means by which society's pillars—empathy, intellectualism, integrity, virtue, etc.—dissolve, slowly chipping away at the structure of collective sanity.

Clearly you are just trying to stir the pot and ruffle a few feathers.

I'm not sure taking dietary advice from accused mass murder Rex Heuermann is in anyone's best interest.

ב''ה,
One of these complex beliefs I've picked up along the way and.. technically did see science to prove in rodent brains back when.. is that giving caffeine to kids is a one way ticket to anxiety and fucked up brain shit.

My family happened to do with coffee what the Germans do with beer, start them off young, blah blah blah.

I'm not even sure nicotine is as bad as far as possible lasting structural changes. Not exactly convinced the other "stimulants" are *better* despite the prescriptions, look how fucked up everyone is and all that does is create terrified kids who maybe work harder or lose their minds and shoot at people..

But for everything annoying and ridiculous and "Puritan" about it, keeping off caffeine until 18-21 might have some real benefits, and having a society built to accommodate that - "huh, sometimes people need sleep, etc." - would have some real utopian benefits.
