Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Life is so so so stupid. How is it fair that some people are out there having the time of their lives (I don't blame them for enjoying life of course), while I'm over here not enjoying anything because I'm too anxious to enjoy anything. I'm not trying to say that my life is the worst, as my life isn't even close to being as horrible as some other people's lives.

There's so many people born with terrible illnesses or other circumstances they can't get rid of. And you're born with this. You get no say in the matter whatsoever. Yet suicide is somehow seen as the worst possible outcome that should be avoided at all costs, as 'your situation can always improve'. For some people it literally can't, you're only making matters worse.

I don't know if there's a god, but if there is one they're definitely an asshole

The problem for me is that grass is greener on the other side, I haven't met a person that enjoys living that I would want to trade my life with them. I'm somewhat thankful of the way I am because I really wouldn't want to be anyone else, most people's lives just wouldn't cut it for me. (not judging anyone for just living their random life)

If your life is actually shit like if you have a terminal illness that's going to cause a spiral of pain until you die, I don't think anyone would say your situation can always improve there -- in a clear cut case like that I think most people think it's reasonable to ctb.

But if your life actually has the possibility of changing for the better then it's generally not a good idea to kill yourself, right? I mean, if your future holds the possibility of happiness, even if it's a small amount, then it would not be rational to end your life because even a small amount of happiness is worth infinitely more than the zero of nothingness that awaits you after you ctb.

For me, the infinite nothingness of death is a great way of getting perspective on all the stuff that sucks because a lot of stuff that sucks is still better than nothingness forever -- especially since things that suck are temporary just like things that don't suck are also temporary for the most part.

It truly is all so cruel, I just see it as so terrible and dreadful how there's all this suffering in existing with no limit as to how much one can be tortured, more than anything I just wish I never suffered in this existence I just always saw as a terrible mistake, existence really is an abomination to me that just causes harm and suffering.

that's because the universe doesn't owe anyone anything, the most innocent and pure person could be born all fucked up for all the universe cares, it's really just a gamble i mean we have so many terrible people who deserve to just fucking die and they fucking don't, they're enjoying life, isn't that unfair?
