Every day is my last day, nothing changes, go to work, eat, a bit of yard work, and then retire for the night. Anything out of the status quo raises suspicion.

I'd feel a profound sense of relief at the inevitability of it. I would accept that there was nothing I could do to alter the course of events, and ultimately feel grateful that in the end I was guaranteed a death, with no worries of potential survival or the many complications that would accompany it. I would just cherish the remaining time I had left with my family, and mentally sever my connection to this world.
