Instant death for certain. I would love to just press a button which instantly puts me into an eternal sleep. Even if I had everything I wanted and no problems I would still want to ctb as I simply do not like living. Just being conscious can be a nightmare.

At the point, an "Instant Death" seems to be the most appealing option out of the four. We all die in the end and I can only imagine that even natural deaths come with some kind of discomfort. Being able to check out in the less than a blink of the eye is a huge boon when you really think about it. Unless infinite money allows me to purchase a time travel paradox breaking time machine that I can abuse, it cannot buy me happiness--distractions for certain, but never genuine happiness. I am fortunate that my family is already loving, so that option doesn't really change matters all that much beyond making our interactions a little more healthy. Had I been presented this question 10 years earlier, I would have chosen to be cured of all of my illnesses, but now, even if I were to wake up perfectly healthy tomorrow, it is sadly too little too late.

Even if my physical and psychological pain was eradicated, I would still have to live with my memories of trauma. I would still have to remember the contempt I was treated with when I was ill and disabled, which many others endure too. I would probably be expected to immediately resume work, to "contribute to society" as another nameless, faceless cog in the capitalist machine on minimum wage or apprenticeship wages, which are even lower. I would still have the awareness of how pointless and ruthless life and the human race is, how fundamentally flawed our society is. Where the remorseless rich and powerful harness more power, while the "weak" (i.e. those systemically marginalized by society) are trampled on over and over again.

Instant death is the only humane option.

I would definitely go for instant death. I don't think I could be happy on this world even if all my problems went away. Although I COULD choose money and do a planned CTB date a month from now, order N, and have the best month of my life, but instant death just sounds nicer and easier.

I had some doubts, but actually I think I'd settle for infinite money. Luckily, my physical pain is well-managed by medication and that's not even opiates, it's just expensive, so I would be able to handle my illnesses (and if one day they become too much I can use my infinite money to buy a gun and that would be a near instant death). And I can't make people love me, but if I shower them with material goods I can at least get them to pretend to love me and also make them much happier. Money really do make the world go round.
