Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Hey so I decided that mainly due to climate change and the ongoing extinction of life as we know it. I'm going to ctb some time in early 2024. All of 2023 I going to do everything with in my budget I always wanted to do, go and see.

That being said, I don't really know what method to use, SN is a popular choice but also think jumping would do the trick too.

What are your thoughts? On doing the year of the bucket list before CtB or the types of methods you think is best

That's a choice that is entirely up to you.
The only problem I see with devoting a year to a bucket list, is if you use up all your funds and your exit is not successful. That creates the possibility of you being in a worse position than you are now.

Good point, but I plan to continue working during that time so that I have funds to fund my activities, then once I know I really ready to go I can put in a 2 week notice and CtB or not and continue doing my thing.

Thing is though, I want my method to be near 100 percent effective so I was thinking of jumping, but I don't know high to jump from.

I think that if I was able to get SN then I would go for that. Jumping scares me personally. But only you can decide what method is best for yourself, of course there is plenty of information and resources about methods on here. If a bucket list is what you want to do, then I wish you the best with that.

Unfortunately the world we live in provides us no way that's nearly 100% fatal.

Statistically the method with the highest chance of success is the use of firearms. There are stories of people jumping from 30+ stories and surviving. A woman even survived an aircraft accident from falling from over 40,000 feet and survived.

Dang that's true, shoot I remember a case of a women fell from a high rise building, she landed on a dude's car and then later they got married.

I guess I will take the American way out. Time to invest in a shotgun

I like the idea of doing all of the things you've wanted too or are able too. The only thing is you'll wanna make sure you have your budget figured out and how much your able to spend. With that being said the costs of things are gonna very depending on the area your in. I'd definitely plan this out well before you go through with this that way you don't run out of money before you planned too. Also with your method I think SN is a good choice. Jumping to me doesn't seem like a good choice at all. There's really know way to control how you'll land. I've seen lots of suicide videos on gore sites to get an idea of different types of methods and what their outcome looks like and jumping is by far probably the worst next to hanging. Both are tricky and as someone who's tried fully suspended hanging before that way is terrible and very painful so I couldn't imagine jumping and landing feet first or something.
