Xanax and hanging.

i can't risk N and SN as deliveries are closely watched. id get arrested if customs spotted it too. I bought helium before I realised it's diluted with air and to add insult to injury I got caught with the cylinder. I have 20 Xanax. I could take 10 and hang myself? i don't get much time alone, an hour maximum. I need a dry run. I presume you have to make certain you have absolutely no chance of saving yourself once you commit as SI would be powerful.

I took two Xanax yesterday during my SN attempt and they couldn't get me past SI, it's laughable really. I feel like you have to be really emotionally driven to end it at the time of the attempt to get past SI and I'm unfortunately just too numb most of the time.

I have xanax which I plan to take before hanging. I do not expect it to overcome SI. Just to relax me a little when I am really ready. I will be using full suspension so once I step off the ladder, SI really won't matter at that point. With enough xanax, I will most likely get very drowsy and fall off the ladder anyway. I really don't think there is any medication that can make you over come SI. When your mind is ready you will know it.

yep, it's the it's the only way. Only problem is no emotion when depressed. No emotion=no energy.
