For some reason I really get this feeling when I have to fight through extreme sleepiness. Like the sleepiness you get from taking too long of an afternoon nap. Usually gets better at 30ish minutes but I become extremely suicidal during that time. There are usually people around me though so I don't ever attempt to act on it.Similar threads
