So I've found a source for 99.99 (4N) purity. I'm planning to take 25g mixed with 100ml of water. I'm going to the local pharmacy to see if I can get some cimetidine and I'll take that 40 mins before the time. I will also be fasting 24 hours before the time. Will this be enough to ctb I just really really want to get this over and done with. Should I still take an antiemetic? Can anyone recommend any that work well and that I can get over the counter in Germany? Thanks in advance.

Answering the question I believe that for safety you have to take an antiemetic to avoid throwing up everything or at least not feeling nauseous all the time before losing consciousness.

I recommend to use an antiemetic. An prescription free antiemetic is Diphenhydramin(chlorid) sold with different brandnames.
