Help Will I get brain damage for taking too much Medication?

I once tried to come off anti psychotic medication and ended up in hospital. I now take something else and prolactin levels are too high from a blood test so they may need to be changed again...

I also take anti anxiety and anti depressants long term.

Risperidone lamotrigine duloxetine they are called.
