Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I know in PPH they say it's recommended to do this. But is it really necessary? If you have a strong stomach and don't take any alcohol (only small shot after to mask the bitterness) i think it should be fine. Thoughts? For me getting it is kind of a risk. Let's say if I ask for these kinds of medicine some alarm bells will go off with past medical record…

I saw a post, possibly a while back, that someone did vomit or possibly spew while drinking N because of the ethanol taste - I saw that post while doing some search about N. They said they made two mistakes and I took notes somewhere. I think they reattempted and ctb the following day.

Risperdead said they "couldn't chug it down, vomited". No antiemetics. One of the users I was thinking of, possibly not the same as the other one who mentioned two mistakes and ethanol taste.

I think if you don't want to risk ringing alarm bells, as long as you have enough N you might not need anti-emetics. I had similar thoughts, I thought about getting some of the required drugs separately instead of all at once.

You should take anti-emetics to be on the safe side. You don't want to be left in a coma. If that happens, you won't be able to retry ctb. Nothing is impossible, think of this as the most important decision of your life and make sure to arrange the a-emetics some way or another.
