I had the gun in my mouth and my finger on the trigger. But I couldn't push the trigger. Why? It would have been so easy. Just a simple push and all the pain and sorrow would be gone. Why am I such a coward?

SI is a hell of a thing, that doesn't make you a coward, it makes you human. I wouldn't beat yourself up over it. The thing about all this that the mental health people do get right is that you can always do it tomorrow if that's what you need, the option will still be there.
