Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Great, I like this one.
But even if mentally ill have that option, it might be a long paperwork, proving that we have a condition which is incurable and of course lots of rejections.
And again, how long should the mental illness be present to allow such a procedure?
And how will they estimate "unbearability" if most of us do not show all our sufferings?
We need to start a movement. For me it's when you've battled MDD, OCD, C-PTSD, GAD, and developed agoraphobia. I can't even leave my house and fly back to see my grandma who is a 100 and other loved ones because the demons are too strong. Where are you guys/gals? I'm in CA, US.
I agree, I shouldn't have to jump through hoops in order to take my life. I personally suffer from body dysmorphic disorder and while agonizing for me mentally, it's definitely not perceived as agonizing enough to warrant assisted suicide. Also, I think if it came down to making assisted suicide readily available / accessible to everyone (not just the terminally ill) we would probably see a decrease in the suicide rate. Of course some measures and a waiting period would need to be in place to avoid CTB on impulse. Everyone should have the option for a peaceful death, my heart hurts for those who resort to dangerous methods to ease their suffering.
