I'm using an arbor knot. I have a fulcrum that's neck level. I have the noose attached to the fulcrum. I put my head in the noose, and I'm able to kneel down when I do it. When I push my head forward, the noose tightens around my neck. In the morning, I was able to get it to block my Carotid, but idk why it's not working now. I've even located where my carotid is and have placed it there multiple times.
I did it again just now, and I got it to work again, but it's taking way too long to pass out. I can feel my vision getting blurry, no headache, and my body going limp, but then it just stays there for like 30 seconds. And if I take a breath or gulp, the headache immediately comes back? I feel so close, but like there's one step or clarification Im missing?Last edited:Similar threads
