why is oding so difficult

i've tried multiple times now. i had a stroke but survived when i mixed shrooms and molly. this past weekend in the span of 4 days i took 30 lines of molly 8 lines of ketamine and 6 lines of coke. nothing works and i'm genuinely confused if it's even possible. i don't have a way to get my hands on any fentanyl and this seems futile. like it'll just kill me slowly.

That really sucks, I'm so sorry. I was going to try a mix of benzodiazepines, gabapentin, promethazine, and alcohol but now I'm worried I'll just go unconscious and then be out of prescription medication when I wake up. This feels like my last chance because my prescriber is trying to taper me.
