Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Why is it like this? Why are we at all? Why do I even care "Why?"? Why even the illusion of agency indepent of forces beyond our total understanding? Why are we set up to feel this way? Why so much angst, pain, boredom, longing before it's all over? Why can't I fall asleep and never wake up again?

I truly believe that life can be beautiful and that humans are an evolutionary marvel (or anomaly, your choice). But on the individual level? All I see is suffering and futility. I don't think we were meant to live this way at all. There's too many of us, we live for too long, we know too much.
We are forced to operate in this society like machines and yet we have the fatal flaw of emotion and desire. That duality, paired with the illusion of free will, is enough to fuck anyone up.

A lot of people are born to suffer. Some mentally and emotionally, sometimes their entire life. Others are born into crappy, horrible environments and die there.
Meanwhile, some people have minor roadblocks but a relative easy life. You see some of the worst people becoming millionaires and super successful.
I understand people are able to get out of it and change their life up, but for a lot of people they're not that lucky. It's just really sad sometimes to think about. Some days, I really hope there's a better place than here.
