I have been diagnosed with BPD but I'm not sure if I agree... I do have BPD tendencies and an unstable social circle so maybe I'm one. I too feel alone all tge time eventho I have a few friends close-ish to me. Have you tried therapy or anything to help you cope?

I am 64 years young and have had BPD all my life. Yes it is hell sometimes as far as getting and/or keeping friends, I guess. I have none except my global family here. for me the hardest aspect is the ups, downs and arounds that my moods take me too. Sometimes everything is ok then bam! it goes down the toilet. Please always try and remember, same as me, that you have a global family here that loves, cares, lots of empathy and understanding for and towards you. I care for you deeply as a global family member. Walter
