I live in a big city with almost no nature so jumping is not really an option and i dont live alone so i dont really wanna hang myself or take meds at home what should i do

I really wish there's a straightforward, guaranteed way to just cease existing, it feels so cruel to me how there isn't, I hope you find the relief you search for, I wish you the best.
