Method 3 is probably more reliable, in my opinion.

I'd go with the most documented of them (which on SaSu and the PPH is probably SN, but others might be documented better elsewhere) to ensure safety

Despite amitriptyline and chloroquine being deadlier than other ODs, ODing is still risky and can lead to long term complications. SN is not a perfect or guaranteed method but it's generally safer and fairly reliably effective.

But when it comes to "better" that doesn't really exist. Better is subjective and entirely dependent on the user. You have to decide what is going to be best for you, what you feel most comfortable with, what you can feel at peace with.
