I just can't fucking hang myself! LOL

I think I will try SN - I just don't know how to get an anti-emetic. Does anyone know? I looked around on the darknet briefly and ebay and read some posts but I'm coming up short. Thanks!
I had no idea you could get SN on amazon! I'm pretty excited :)!
