Help Where to buy SN in the US?

Does anyone know where I can get SN as someone living in the US? I think people have started to catch on to it's "other" use because a lot of sites have started regulating it. The places I found only sell to schools/laboratories. Is there a site where I can buy some? Preferably under $25.
