As mentioned by @Sensei have at it! Next to the thread title is a box to filter the thread into sub forums like venting. I'd tag it as such and just let it fly. No one's gona judge you here.I believe you can vent whereever it fits. You can put venting next the subject from the drop-down list.
You vent here in the off topic area that is where I vent a lot not today though since I don't have much to vent about other than wishing my life was better.
