where can I buy sn in the eu?

Where can I buy sn in the EU? The chemical laboratories I've found only sell to companies or professionals and the one I purchased on Amazon (the first option whichs appears when you look for sn on that web) I've read someone used it and didn´t work. It's from Russia. Maybe some store in the usa? Thank you for your help.
