unironically, I'm pretty sure the video did the exact opposite of what he wanted it to do. Doesn't meaningfully contribute to any initiatives aiming to shut this place down and instead caused a ton of people to sign up here, some of which are probably already dead now.

In no particular order, I love Polyphonic, It's Boundo, and Middle 8 for their great music-based video essays. It's Boundo has a few videos where he goes through some of the albums of Mucore (basically modern-day internet hipster music if we're being simplistic about it) that combine both the factual and personal in a really compelling way. I enjoy some of Trash Theory's videos but they're often not as comprehensive as I'd like.
