I'm running out of options. Tried and failed many, and many others are just too risky probably. Unless I can get euthanised I'm not sure I have any good options. I'm terrified about jumping at beachy head because of the few percent chance of lying at the bottom in agony, and even worse, then being saved

I'm almost ready to CTB and planning for an overdose. Can't bring myself to hang myself, far too much of a chicken for that, and don't want it to be too traumatic for the person that finds me.
I've read a lot about people suggesting SN but I don't know how to use it any effect. Any advice???
I'm in the UK so cannot get firearms, so I plan to use Oramorph (liquid morphine), upto 300ml, mixed with 100x tramadol (50mg), and 60x codeine (30mg). I also take a regular betablocker and will have approx 40 of these to add. I have read that overdose is most effective when mixing the drugs, and the effect of these particular ones should result in the lungs and heart stopping. I have an anti-sickness med that I will take in advance of my CTB mixture, settle in my car and hopefully drop off for the long sleep.
Not that I am telling anyone what to do, simply sharing what I plan to do and responding to the post. I can't afford for it not to work so going heavy on the mixture. Four weeks and counting. Best wishes to all.

Ngl bro unless you already have respiratory issues this is most likely not gonna work and just make you puke because I tried this but on the other hand my bf overdosed on accident but I think fentanyl has to be involved you might just go to bed wake up and barf everywhere like I did tho

Ive been thinking about doing it off of a bridge above water. If the impact doesn't kill you then, hopefully, you'll be passed out and then drown. For me the worry is not passing out and also being saved. For this I was thinking about that bridge in Bristol.

Hey. Thanks, that's a good shout and something I thought. That's why I was going to take the anti sickness tablets first.
I do t have respiratory issues but did have a heart attack 8 years ago, hence I have access to the betablocker. I read that mixing different meds had more impact and have also thought of adding water, like taking the dose and then walking into the sea.
What do you think? Or is SN a sensible option instead?

Yes, it's as simple as that, as long as you don't heave your guts out or panic and call your 911 equivalent

Yeah I'd say that's a terrible way to go. I don't know what you're going through in life but I suspect if you knew how bad drowning is, you wouldn't be choosing this method. I'm sorry that what you're going through is enough to make you consider this. As much as I've wanted to die, this is not a method I'd ever choose

Really? On the lostallhope site it says that if the jump height is high enough it should be an instant death. The drowning is just a backup plan and chances are, if you fall from 250ft, you'll have passed out by then anyway, right?
