I'm thinking about buying a sword or some other long, sharp kind of stabby thing and propping it up somehow so that it's more or less standing straight on its own (even if it's not perfect) and then impaling myself on it. More specifically, I would try to "fall" on it by standing on some steps or something similarly high up enough that gravity could theoretically be doing most of the work instead of, you know, actually having to posses the balls to literally stab myself.
Obviously this would be VERY painful, but would it work? I don't have a lot of other options - I don't have the confidence or social skills to ask my doctor for any kind of prescription drug that I could potentially overdose with, I can't get a firearm, I don't have the ability to buy N or SN, and even worse I live with people that know I'm suicidal so buying random things like rope, helium .etc. would definitely be noticed and asked about, but I'm pretty sure I could buy a sword and convince them I'm into collecting them for weeb reasons or something like that.
I'm not looking for a peaceful end, just an effective one. I've given up on trying to die peacefully at this point and I'll happily settle for dying in an agonizing way as long as I can't easily get out of it, if that makes sense. I could gag myself to muffle the noise I'd probably make, and maybe there are OTC things I could take to increase bleeding? I'd try to impale my heart/chest region, but I'm a moron so.. yeah... Help?
Also, there is nowhere to hang myself from in my home. Forgot to mention that. I'm alone the majority of the time so being discovered is not an issue as long as it takes hours and not days for me to die.
