Isn't a barbiturate overdose unreliable? I feel like there's a reason why right-to-die advocates shifted from recommending bbs to the exit bag—not just because there are so many bbs scams, but because even Nembutal caused some people to die choking on their own vomit? Any poison in the system is bound to create some degree of agony, right?

I'd suggest taking antiemetics (like metoclopramide) prior to taking nembutal. Also, you need the right dosage of N. See PPeH for this.
