What will happen if I do this?

So my options are limited since I've already tried suicide two times.
I'm on 6 different types of medication:
Venlafaxine
Clonazepam
Risperidone
Magnesium valproate
Finasteride
Estradiol valerate
And there's a tequila bottle sitting on the living room.
What will happen if I drink the whole tequila bottle with all the medications I'm on?

If it's not gonna kill me I can't afford to damage my liver. Sucks.

Mich higher likelihood of vomiting, nausea, headaches, passing out, vomiting more and likely having stomach pumped full of activated charcoal if anyone's finds you plus the likely liver damage.

Unless you have like 3 mos supply of all those meds and a bunch of oxy and then put a bag over your head ... not likely to ctb.

Why are you on finasteride? It can cause very serious depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts. It's an absolutely horrible drug. I would stop taking that before doing anything rash.
