My mom just checked my bank account and saw my recent purchases. She texted me what the $330 purchase is for. I'm anxious because I bought a $330 gas regulator kit from max dog brewing. What should I say??!!

It should have show max dog brewing on your bank account details (mine did display that), so you cant invent any lie, I dont know your age or were you live, but if you can brew/drink beer you can say you discover this new hobby and want to try it.

You could say that you were going to make your own beer because you aren't allowed to buy it. When it comes in, the worst that will happen is that she will make you return it. There isn't anything else she could do if you don't tell her what you are actually going to use it for.

If she's seen it says max dog brewing. the only thing i could think of ,do you know someone who would lie for you. say you bought something for someone because they didn't have a bank card.
Im still trying to think of what? do you have someone that would lie?

Problem is if she googles max dog brewing. That's only one thing. Lying and getting busted might make it more suspicious. I would just say I wanted to try brewing and let her think Im an idiot. Better than the truth.

If she won't approve it, then you might have to return it.
Alternatively, you could tell her any number of items that it is, but she might look it up on google and ask to see it. If this happens, then she might become suspicious that you lied. But either way, try not to worry too much because what's the worst that will happen? It's not like you will be sent to the psych ward. If she makes you return it, then you will just have to find a new method.
