Happiness? the thought of my children not having to endure me for another second. I'm not abusive towards them but I wish I could've been a better father. A better job to support them better, I'm a messed up person and I don't want that for my kids.

Substances abuse, knowing that I will die, seeing the world as it is, knowing that it is all temporary and bunch of other less important things.
Happy is a strong word and it's gradually disappearing from my vocabulary. I would say things that I've mentioned slightly or insignificantly ease the pain.

Uh... I like seeing my parents and friends happy. I love seeing my sibling interact with their kids. And I like how my cat waits for me at the door every night that I work - she's such a good girl.
