Method what kind of ligature should i use?

i plan on doing partial hanging from a towel bar in my bathroom but I'm not sure what type of rope / ligature i can use. my options are very limited since i can't go out and buy a rope or else my family will know. i had quite a thick rope that was thrown away after i was found during an attempt. right now i have 2 charging cables and a belt that could work but i don't know what's the best option. im not sure how to tie the belt onto the bar either. I plan on kneeling as shown in the video linked below

Charging cables won't work at all, but for the belt it might so long as it is a sturdy one.

Belt is usually not recommended (although it can be successful) since they are too wide, the pressure of it is on a bigger surface and not at a specific point on the neck, and that can extend the time before you lose consciousness
