Does anyone ever get this... feeling? It's not good it's not bad, it just feels like something's missing and or incomplete. Like the whole worlds slightly off. It feels as if you came home and every piece of furniture was 5% smaller without you realizing, your subconscious notices but to you it just feels...wrong. I don't know how else to describe this feeling but I can definitely say the thought of CTB seems relieving whenever I feel this way. Can anyone else relate? Am I the only one who feels this way?

I feel like this all the time. It's like this unsettling sort of dream like feeling where something is wrong but I can't pinpoint where. It comes in waves and whenever the feeling comes I immediately think to ctb.

For me, I feel more like there's something that's shifted within me. That I've changed somehow. I suppose we are changing all the time. It's an odd feeling though. A bit like I'm becoming more vacant rather than the world changing around me. If that makes any sense?

Sounds a little bit like derealization? I struggle with that as part of my schizoaffective disorder, for me it starts with that feeling, then everything gradually becomes more dream-like and less real feeling until I can't tell the difference between dreams and reality.
