What is the best item for an instant and painless death?

I only have here a cooking knife to slit my throat or stab it, will I die instantly with that? What would I feel?

I have a paracord here only by the way. Its for carabiners only. I think hanging will be useless.

I dont have a gun cause its impossible to get a gun and gun license here in my nation. Too many papers to get that license as I dont have the requirements for a pistol as im so busy in college and parents are helicopters. Im also poor too.

Country is Philippines and city is NCR where guns cant be bought, too many gatekeeping guards for me to enter a high place, too many people everywhere that even a sewer creek is public. Lack of forests. There's a forest in manila named 'arroceros' but its public.

SN honestly seems like the best way to go from my research unless you can get N in your area (which seems to be super impossible from what i've seen) , as SN is just minor symptoms if you do it right and super painless then you fall asleep in 10-20 mins from what i recall and pass away in like a hourish but like do your own research there is alot of resources on this forum for this

Some friends told me back then they saw someone died instantly. Some ssid its slow.

Hanging would be the easiest , you just need a rope or a towel , some padding and anything that can hold part of your weight .
Stabbing yourself in the throat deep enough in the correct spots intentionally is really hard and high chance of fuck up which will just cause you pain and a lot of blood loss and other complications . Not a nice way to go .
SN is hard to get and requires a lot of prep but it should not be that hard in the philippines , most developing countries don't really give a shit . There was a serial killer in India whose MO was SN .
