Does it matter which one you purchase? I'm finding it very technical and I havent even got to the regulators, etc.

I haven't researched this method, so I can't answer technical questions surrounding it. I can only tell you that the pressure itself does not mean much, the amount of gas in them is what you need.

A bar is the equivalent of one 'atmosphere' of pressure I think.
Imagine like you're going under water, the deeper you go the more pressure there is. So 200 bar is like 200 'atmospheres' of pressure...
At least I think its something like that... Youtube will explain better for sure...

Well, I don't know if it helps, maybe it's too obvious, but at the same size the 200 bar one will have more N2 insideSimilar threads
