Yes, he's handsome but I'm female- so- his face probably wouldn't look right on my body- lol.
Personally, I don't just fancy any guy that's handsome too. There has to be something else about them. That's me though and trust me- no one would want me to fancy them anyway! I'm overweight, ugly and a mental mess.
I went through a stage where I was very hung up on looks. (When I had a crazy obsessive crush on someone- limerance.) I did actually feel more confident and socially acceptible when I lost weight and made more effort with clothes etc. Still, I've now regressed to my more natural state of not giving a damn.
Personally, I don't think I'd get cosmetic surgery but I can understand why people do when your looks can have a massive impact on your life.

He's attractive, but give me an hour on IG and I could point to hundreds of what I consider to be "more attractive" men, some celebrities and some relative unknowns. It's all a matter of perspective. Different strokes for different folks as they say. :P

Issue number 1: In this context, he confuses "himself" with his appearance, when they are not actually one in the same.
Making up non-existent physical flaws is no proof of failing to think highly of one's own self.
