I think so, I do not have N, never ordered it but I know it's liquid that he sends.

Read the Nov 2021 PPeH and follow the directions. Page 320 to 326 should give you all the info you need

There are not any sources listed for that in the PPeH. Most of the vendors on the dark web who claim to sell the powder are scams.
