What conditions warrant helpful prescriptions to ctb?

I have an appointment next week and am wondering what are some ways I can get medication that can help with CTB.

Sleeping pills? benzos? AE for SN?
Anything!

I do have anxiety, depression, and severe PTSD symptoms around panic attacks and tachycardia. I imagine benzos might be on the table maybe without having to stretch the truth.

Any prescription drugs that you could possibly use to CTB would take you months and months to accumulate the quantity you'd need. Also very few prescription drugs are deadly. Benzos won't kill you.
