A career in which you do a lot of driving, since car accidents are a big cause of premature death.

Working on a ship, like being a fisherman or delivering cargo, can be surprisingly dangerous. If the wrong big wave hits, it's over.

Any job in which you have a high amount of stress and sit for 8 hours a day will increase your risk of death in a statistically meaningful way, despite it not seeming dangerous.

Police officer is a dangerous job, but ironically a big part of the reason is due to the higher risk of suicide. Police just see the worst of humanity, and so if something wrong goes on in their life and they have easy access to a firearm, sometimes they just don't want to be around anymore.

Porn star or stripper is sometimes a risky career (and this many not apply to OnlyFans situations) because people who do that job are much more likely to end up using drugs, possibly to deal with dancing for many hours or for doing long shoots, and many die at earlier ages.

Probably the riskiest career is working on a smaller fishing vessel.

a job where you have to scuba dive. Lots of chances to die underwater actually.

Police. You'd have a firearm at the ready, though I know nothing about their armaments or whether they'd be sufficient. Also it's a job where rules rarely apply to you, if you screw up its time off with pay. And in some places it's fairly easy to get in as they require less educational training than a hairdresser. I kinda wish I were joking..

I've thought about it years ago (as a job not a method), but I figured health issues would be a no go. Military had noped out because I'm asthmatic. I get it though, gotta be able to run at the very least.

Anesthesiologist - permanent access to a plethora of lab grade high quality drugs such as fentanyl, morphium, phenobarbital or propofol, and the knowledge and skills to inject correctly.

This is also sciengifically backed up -

"Evidence suggests that healthcare professionals are at an increased risk of dying by suicide, with anaesthetists at particularly high risk."
